World Art Day

World Art Day is an annual celebration of the arts that takes place on April 15th every year. It was established by the International Association of Art (IAA) in 2011 to promote awareness of the importance of creativity and culture in human society.
The date of April 15th was chosen in honor of the birthday of Leonardo da Vinci, the great Italian artist and inventor who is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the history of art. The IAA encourages artists and art organisations around the world to celebrate World Art Day by organising events, exhibitions, and other activities that showcase the value and diversity of artistic expression.
